KRISTY MASER Intermediate Landscape Technologist Kristy is an intermediate landscape architectural technologist who contributes to our in house expertise to produce accurate technical drawings, cost estimates, contract documents and field review. Kristy’s personality, focus and unequalled work ethic makes her a key component of our design and technical team. Representative Experience in projects listed include detailed design, project management and coordination of the landscape development for the community or project. Nelly Breen Park, Inglewood, Calgary, Alberta A Calgary beltline renovation initiative, Nellie Breen Park involved a multitude of stakeholders and interest groups, all vying for special acknowledgement. Kristy was responsible for compiling site data and acted as primary contact for both City managers and community stakeholders alike. Connaught Park Redevelopment, Connaught, Calgary, Alberta Another Beltline improvement initiative, Connaught Park was a high budget, class ‘A’ facility that required special hands-on supervision and project management. Kristy compiled and organized all City mapping data, was responsible for assisting in construction supervision including sub-trade coordination and looked after all contract administration pertaining to construction billing. Town of Black Diamond Trails Master Plan, Black Diamond, Alberta As part of the Town’s movement towards pedestrian connectivity and sustainability, a regional pathway and natural trail system Master Plan was required. Conducting a series of community open houses, substantial topographic mapping and base compilation were all involved in setting the basic design parameters for the project. 52nd Street Regional Pathway Extension, Calgary, Alberta A new regional pathway was added along a busy portion of 52nd Street which required attention to details in order to create a user-friendly pathway. Kristy was closely involved throughout the design phase, to preparation of working drawings, to the on-site coordination of contractors. Walden Entry Features, Walden, Calgary, Alberta A new community in the south of Calgary, L A West is responsible for the design and construction management of various entry features and sub-entry features in Walden. Kristy prepared a detailed set of construction drawings and obtained proper approvals under a constrained timeline.
